Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Doctor with a good bedside manner to join our growing healthcare team. In this position, you will diagnose, educate, and treat patients, providing them with the best care available. As part of our medical team, you will administer medications, educate patients on their health, and provide treatment plans for patients with chronic health issues.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams, medical history review, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical and legal standards.
• Stay current with medical advancements, treatments, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations, if applicable.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pre-Med, or a related field.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school.
• Completion of a 3-4 year residency program.
• Board certification and a valid medical license.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Supportive and encouraging demeanor toward patients and medical team, with the ability to mentor and lead.
